A medical relief as well as distribution of winter garments (Blanket etc.) organized by BSS Hospital in remote villages of Bandwan P.S. in Purulia District on 15th and 16th December, 2018. The relief team comprising of a group of doctors – General Physician, Child Specialist and Dentist along with Nurses, Technicians , Volunteers and headed by Swami Brahmatmananda organized relief camps at Rajnagar village on 15th Dec. and Madhubani and Rashiknagar village on 16th Dec.
Thousands of patients got treatment and free medicines from these camps. 600 blankets, 250 sets of shirts and pants and 100 other winter garments distributed among the poor and needy people of these area. Toothpaste and toothbrushes were also distributed to the children.
One ambulance also accompanied this relief team for emergency purpose.
